What data we process
We process only the data you enter in the booking form: name, telephone number, district, type of site, type of problem, urgency and a description of the situation. We do not ask for or process an email address. In addition, the time the request was sent and the address of the page it was sent from are stored.
Legal basis for processing
We process the data on the basis of your request to take steps prior to entering into a contract — that is, to prepare a quotation and agree on providing the service. Sending the form is voluntary; without a name and telephone number we cannot get in touch with you.
Why we process it
The data is used solely to contact you about your request, assess the situation and provide the service requested. We do not send marketing messages on this basis.
How long we keep it
Requests that did not lead to a service are kept for no longer than 12 months. If the service was provided, we keep the data for as long as the legislation on transaction records requires. Once the period ends, the data is deleted.
Sharing of data
We do not pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it. Technical service providers may access the data only so far as is necessary for the website and the booking system to work.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or its erasure, as well as to object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. You can submit a request using the booking form.
Complaints
If you believe your data is being processed without justification, you have the right to contact the Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
