What differs by location
The types of property and the access differ. In dense blocks of flats the work starts in the basement and the shared services. In suburban areas of detached houses the perimeter, the garden and the outbuildings are what matter. In logistics and production zones it is goods-in and a system of control points. In seasonally used properties the problem is often only discovered after a period standing empty.

Do you cover the municipalities as well, not just the towns?
Yes. The places listed are the ones with their own page, but we work in the surrounding municipalities too. If your address is not in any of the places listed, describe it in the form — in our reply we will tell you whether the property is within the area we cover and what the arrival time would be.
Does the price differ by town?
No. The price is set by the type and size of the property, not by its location. The minimum callout is €40, flats €40–80, private houses €90–110, commercial premises from €70. The figure quoted is the final price.
How quickly can you get outside Riga?
We reply to a completed form within 5 minutes, and we agree the arrival time in that conversation, taking the specific address and distance into account. For places further out, such as Sigulda or Saulkrasti, we plan the time separately, so we do not promise a specific number of minutes in advance.
Is the method the same outside Riga?
